Two Day Plaster mould-making & press-moulding course Workshop, September 21st and 22nd 2024

Join us at Clay Yorkshire for a new two day exciting workshop.

During this workshop you will experience how to prepare and make your own personal plaster mould using our hemisphere formers. Your mould will be finished and available to take home once the course has finished. 
We will also be demonstrating our own personal techniques of how we use a plaster former and press moulded sections to create our own work.

This demonstration will be followed by an opportunity to use our multiple plaster moulds to create component parts which can be cut and assembled to make a vessel or sculptural form.

A wonderful two day course with plenty of techniques and processes that allow you to create your own plaster former and a unique piece of clay work using press moulded sections.
