ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS FOR YOUR STAY

If you're seeking accommodation for the duration of the course, there are several great options in the area, all within a 10-minute drive. Consider the following locations: High Hoyland, Darton, Flockton, Woolley Edge, Clayton West, Scisset, Durkar or even Wakefield itself, where you'll find hotels nearby.

Important Notes

Location:

Our studio is situated on Jebb Lane, on the opposite side of the Yorkshire Sculpture Park (YSP) from the main entrance. This is approximately a 30-minute walk through the park or a 3-minute drive.

Transport Assistance:

If you experience any transport difficulties, don't worry. If you can arrive on the first morning, we can arrange transportation for the rest of your stay. James and I both have vehicles and can help with lifts to and from the studio or organize car-sharing.

Getting to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park

YSP is located in West Yorkshire, 7 miles outside Wakefield and 20 miles south of Leeds.

It is conveniently positioned one mile from M1 Junction 38 and is easily accessible from Leeds-Bradford, Doncaster-Sheffield, and Manchester International Airports, all within a 90-minute drive.

For a full refund on the price of your course you must cancel no less than 4 weeks before the course start date. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course start date will result in a 50% refund of the cost of the course provided we are able to find someone to fill your place. To transfer a course booking to another date the cancellation must be made no less than 2 week prior to the course start date.

Any cancellation requiring a refund will incur a £30 admin fee to cover admin costs.
